Why are you studying communications? 

I chose Communications as my major because it's a broad and versatile field relevant to many industries. I wanted the flexibility and freedom to explore various career paths without being constrained after college.

What are some ideal jobs? 

Since I opted for such an open major, I feel I have numerous options available to me. Ultimately, a role where I can build and maintain customer relationships would suit me well. It's something I genuinely enjoy in my current job, and I would love to enhance this skill at a larger company. Currently, I am particularly interested in roles within customer success and account management, as they align with my passions and where I envision myself thriving. 

Any certifications in your future? 

Absolutely! While exploring the D.A. website, I discovered the Digital Marketing and HubSpot certifications, which caught my interest. I believe obtaining these certifications would provide me with a solid foundation and a diverse set of practical skills that would be ideal.
